• Evaluate eligibility and prequalify your business
• Package and submit your application to Iconic Capital and selected lenders/brokers
• Present offers, coordinate underwriting, and provide post-funding support
• Improve our services and maintain legal and regulatory compliance

3. Sharing Your Information

We share information with:

• Iconic Capital — our primary underwriting partner
• Lenders and brokers — when appropriate, another broker with better resources for your specific loan type
• Service providers — analytics, secure document storage, and other vendors under confidentiality obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Credit Pulls

We use one soft inquiry for shopping your application across our lender network. A soft inquiry does not impact your personal credit score. If you accept an offer and proceed to funding, the funding lender may conduct a hard inquiry and request additional documents.
