3. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older and authorized to act on behalf of the applying business. By submitting an application, you represent that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
4. Services; No SBA Affiliation
NMBL provides application intake, packaging, and introductions to lenders and brokers. We are not the SBA and are not affiliated with any government agency. References to "SBA loans" on this site are for informational purposes only — always check lender and SBA program rules before applying.
5. Broker & Partner Relationships
You authorize us to share your application with Iconic Capital and, when appropriate, a third-party broker or lender more suitable for your specific loan. We may receive compensation from lenders/brokers for referrals or funded loans. Compensation does not increase your cost beyond the lender's disclosed terms.
6. Credit Authorization
You authorize a soft credit inquiry for prequalification. A soft inquiry does not impact your personal credit score. If you accept an offer and proceed to funding, the funding lender may require a hard inquiry and additional verification.
7. No Guarantees
Approvals, amounts, terms, timing, and step-up/future offers are not guaranteed and remain at each lender's sole discretion. Submitting a form does not guarantee funding approval or any specific terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All site content is owned by NMBL or its licensors. Do not copy, modify, or distribute without written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, NMBL is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for third-party actions (including lenders and brokers). Our total liability, if any, is limited to $100.
10. Disputes & Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Sacramento County, California.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time by posting a new Effective Date. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
